WINTER UPDATE 2026
There is much activity occurring in the 11:34 landscape, so let's get to the updates.
Cataclysm: NEW Cinematic Trailer
To better align and market the series, a brand new cinematic trailer was produced. This replaced a pair of trailers that were uploaded back in 2021 just before the release of the debut novel. The new trailer is much cleaner and emotes a better vibe for the apocalyptic thriller.
Cataclysm and Elimination Will Be Re-released
The first two novels of the 11:34 series will be released as second editions as part minor facelift and part marketing strategy. The release dates are TBD as of this post. The novels are currently available through Amazon (and will remain that way) in paperback and digital e-book formats. Hard cover and (gasp!) audiobook options will eventually be added to the purchase options.
Bloodshed (Book 3): Forbidden Zone
The book is GROWING! Half the fun of writing is the research, because research goes a long way to add that 3D feel we all love and crave in storytelling. As of this update, a NEW story is being written titled "Forbidden Zone." This will be one of the beefier Test of Mettle stories in Bloodshed. It was derived from an article printed by the Arizona Gazette in April 1909 about a cache of Egyptian items and mummies found in a cave by an explorer named G.E. Kincaid. The story drew attention but was quickly labeled a hoax by the Flagstaff Coconino Sun just a mere eleven days later.
Similar to the approach taken with "A Horror in Amityville" (Cataclysm), where a group of paranormal experts called the Ghost Rustlers take their show's finale to the most famous haunted house in the world. In that story, a demon arrives to test them but we find out that a spirit is still haunting the house. The Ghost Rustlers are caught in the war between the demon and the spirit.
In "Forbidden Zone," the group of friends will find themselves chasing after a treasure with the government and an unfriendly visitor from downtown hot on their tails.
Here is a small teaser:
Zach shares a twist with three college friends about an alleged hoax that took place in April 1909, culminating in a spontaneous journey to a place in the Grand Canyon labeled as the "Forbidden Zone" to find a hidden treasure in a cave along the Colorado River that has not seen a visitor in over a century. Unfortunately, the land they wish to explore is monitored against trespassers. At 11:34, Hell will provide them with something far darker and more worrisome than the watchful eyes of the government.
This story should increase the page count to around 200 pages.
Audiobooks (and Hard Covers)!
As previously mentioned, digital and paperbacks are currently the only choices available. I anticipate having options for hard covers and audiobooks at some point, possibly by the time Bloodshed is released. This is my first venture into audiobook territory, and there is a LOT of work to do here. Stay tuned!
Bloodshed: NEW Cinematic Trailer
A cinematic trailer for Bloodshed is in the early stages of production. The first draft of the novel needs to be completed first before the trailer, obviously. Because this novel takes a pivotal turn in the series, it will be important for the trailer to demonstrate it.
