Last week, I apprised you of a Test of Mettle story titled "Tech Terror, Part 1." Well, I have good news. The first story is written (3,100 words, 11 pages).
Something unusual is about to happen in this apocalyptic saga, and Trey finds himself caught in the middle. His torment is not done. Trey will not only have to endure a second demon encounter, but a THIRD Test of Mettle. Poor Trey!
A human can be tested up to three times, provided each preceding test ends in a draw. After the first two tests end in draws, blood has been shed, and our protagonist, Trey, finds himself in the unenviable position of dueling his demon a third time! Will he survive? Will he face his demon? Or will Trey succumb and forfeit his soul—trophies to the minions of Hell?
I completed "Tech Terror, Part 2" tonight (3,300 words, 12 pages). The third and final installment of Tech Terror is coming soon!
